trackback
At the women’s basketball banquet last night, Kari Reabold was honored as the team’s Most Valuable Player for the third time in her career.
Members of the audience included Senator Ted Stevens, who (I believe, don’t take my word on it) spoke at the event about Title IX, legislation that he sponsored way back when.
Other award winners for the team:
Best Defender: Joscelyn Shumate (senior) and Sarah Herrin (sophomore)
Most Improved Player: Caitlin Hamsley (freshman)
Most Inspirational Player: Jessie Craig (sophomore) and Grace Milliken (freshman)
